Mind and Movement Curriculum
We all have the capacity to cultivate joy and meet challenges with personal power…if we have practiced.
That’s where my mind and movement curriculum comes in.
As important as reading, writing, and math are, so is the ability to “be okay”. To navigate challenges with a sense of personal power. And to orient your thoughts, choices, and life around what brings you joy. No matter your age, lifestyle, or profession, leading with agency and intention is a skill well worth developing.
My curriculum is rooted in:
Positive Psychology. What does it actually mean to thrive? Here, I navigate how to incorporate fundamental elements into your life in order to flourish, regardless of circumstances.
Mind and Body Connection: Positive mind. Positive body. Positive soul. Positive life. This doesn’t mean all is positive all the time. It means learning how to cultivate the tools needed to be anchored in a place of peace during a time of turbulence.
Real Life Application: The practice of yoga can be a powerful tool in reclaiming your life, avoiding major health conditions, managing stress, overcoming challenges, being engaged and focused, and making positive contributions in your community. What you learn here, you can immediately apply in your life.
