Hi, I’m Andrea,
founder and owner of Emerge By Design. As a curriculum developer and children’s Yoga teacher, learning is at the heart of what I do. And at the heart of learning is freedom.
My Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Political Science, from the University of New Hampshire, led me to work across the span of education, including higher education policy and curriculum development. After years of working in education, I became a homeschooler of preschoolers and developed a re-imagined preschool curriculum rooted in Positive Psychology and Yoga. Becoming a L1 Certified LFY kids yoga and mindfulness teacher was a natural next step of my work. I am passionate about creating purposeful learning experiences and cultivating the complete physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being of the students in my care.
